After focusing on physical detoxification last week, this week my guest Jane Gatanis and I discuss mainly the detoxing of emotional toxicity. We focus on two major organs, that play a significant role in this process, the large intestine & the lungs. Jane Gatanis has a masters degree in Occupational Therapy, and is also a practitioner of Craniosacral, Visceral and SomatoEmotional release therapies which she studied at the Upledger Institute in Florida.
